Regulatory Compliance

Amalgaworks has developed a unique solution to align your compliance objectives.

Our Compliance Memberships allow you to operationalize this effort by providing governance and documentation related to the Privacy and Security evaluation, risk analysis, and continued risk management for your practice.

One key to being reasonably diligent is oversight as a prevention and risk mitigation strategy. Our team will monitor your practice monthly to identify areas of potential risk, assist with the development of a mitigation plan and provide guidance while implementing the needed changes.

Regulatory Compliance is rapidly becoming the next area of focus in health care.  This segment continues to evolve with audits becoming more frequent and payment adjustment continuing to increase.

ROM – Our team will monitor your practice monthly to identify areas of potential risk and provide a status report of our findings. Written standards, policies and procedures will be developed and distributed to promote your organizations commitment to compliance, ensure operational integrity and mitigate specific risk areas. Amalgaworks will assist you through reporting to identify areas of higher risk that consequently merit greater scrutiny.

Amalgaworks will assist with the development and distribution to all associates a Code of Business Conduct that contains written standards of conduct that clearly and unequivocally articulate your organization’s commitment to ethical conduct and to compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements. This Code of Business Conduct will be a straightforward, easy-to-understand summary of compliance standards that each associate will be required to certify that they have received, read, and will comply on an annual basis. Additional Policies and Procedures may be suggested based on the monthly monitoring reports provided.
